1. About Woolly Felt LLC
Woolly Felt LLC offers handcrafted felt products, including cat caves, pet beds, home décor, footwear, accessories, and other wool-based products.
Many of our products are individually handmade in Nepal by skilled artisans using traditional felting techniques.
Because each item is handmade, slight differences in color, shape, texture, pattern placement, dimensions, thickness, and finish may naturally occur. These variations are part of the handmade character of our products and are not considered defects.
2. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, materials, and specifications displayed on our website are accurate.
However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to:
- handmade production;
- wool texture and natural fiber variations;
- dye-batch differences;
- lighting conditions;
- device and screen settings; and
- minor measurement differences.
Unless otherwise stated, product dimensions and weights should be considered approximate.
3. Materials
Unless otherwise specified in the individual product listing, our felt products are primarily made from 100% New Zealand sheep wool.
Some products may include additional materials such as leather, thread, metal, cotton, or decorative components. These materials will normally be identified in the relevant product description.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- the information you provide is accurate and complete;
- you are authorized to use the selected payment method;
- your billing and shipping information is correct; and

An order confirmation means that we have received your order. It does not prevent Woolly Felt LLC from cancelling an order in exceptional circumstances, including payment issues, suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing errors, or situations where fulfillment is not reasonably possible.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website or during checkout.
Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will generally be the price shown when the order is placed.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, promotional, technical, or listing errors.
Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout.
6. Handmade, Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Certain Woolly Felt products may be made specifically for an individual order.
Customizations may include:

- branding;
- labeling; or
- packaging.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming customization details before production begins.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

Wool is a natural fiber and should be cared for appropriately.
Customers should follow the care instructions included with the product or provided on the product page.
Damage resulting from improper washing, excessive heat, harsh chemicals, machine drying where unsuitable, improper storage, or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.
10. Pet Products
Some Woolly Felt products are designed for use by cats, dogs, and other pets.
Pet behavior varies, and no pet product should be considered indestructible.
Pet owners should regularly inspect products for wear, loose materials, damage, or other conditions that may make continued use unsuitable.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a particular product is appropriate for their pet.

Unless otherwise stated, the content on the Woolly Felt website is owned by or licensed to Woolly Felt LLC.

Where specifically agreed commercial terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specifically agreed terms will apply to the relevant transaction.
13. Private Label & Customer-Supplied Branding
Where private-label or customized branding services are provided, customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to use any:
- trademark;
- logo;
- artwork;
- photograph;
- design;
- text; or
- other intellectual property
provided to Woolly Felt LLC.
The customer is responsible for claims arising from unauthorized use of materials they provide for customization.
14. Website Use
You agree not to use the Woolly Felt website:

- to attempt unauthorized access to systems or information;
- to misuse website content; or
- to infringe the rights of Woolly Felt LLC or third parties.
